SHIPPING & RETURNS

All shipments will be shipped via USPS. We currently ship in the US only. Shipping times are 2-5 business days. All orders will be processed the same day if placed by 11AM EST.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

• With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

• Returns are accepted 7 days after delivery. 

• We are not responsible if the returned item is lost during shipment.

• All returned items must be unworn and have original tags attached.

• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements previously listed.

• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Items can only be exchanged for the same value as the originally ordered item (if damaged).

• All sales items are final.

• Please state on the return package that it must be signed for.

When you're not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This will help prevent any scratching and maintain its color. 

Always remove your jewelry when applying lotions, oils and scents. TIP: Put jewelry on LAST :)
